Dubai Connect is committed to maintaining a safe environment for all users and has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM).

Zero-Tolerance Policy

Dubai Connect strictly prohibits any content or behavior that sexually exploits, abuses, endangers, or facilitates the exploitation of children.

Prohibited activity includes, but is not limited to:

• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
• Sexual exploitation or abuse of minors.
• Grooming or attempting to establish inappropriate sexual contact with minors.
• Sextortion involving minors.
• Solicitation or trafficking of minors for sexual purposes.
• Sharing, requesting, distributing, or promoting sexual content involving minors.
• Any other behavior that puts a child at risk of sexual exploitation or abuse.

Reporting and Enforcement

Users can report inappropriate content, accounts, or behavior through the reporting and support mechanisms available within Dubai Connect.

Reports involving potential child sexual abuse or exploitation are treated as a priority.

Dubai Connect may remove prohibited content, suspend or permanently terminate accounts, preserve relevant information when required by law, and cooperate with appropriate authorities.

Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)

Dubai Connect does not permit CSAM on its platform.

When Dubai Connect becomes aware of confirmed or suspected CSAM, appropriate action will be taken in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, including removal of prohibited content and reporting to the appropriate authorities when legally required.

Compliance

Dubai Connect complies with applicable child safety laws and regulations and cooperates with law enforcement and child protection authorities when legally required.
